These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pawtify iOS application and website. By using Pawtify, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Pawtify. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Description of Service
Pawtify is a pet wellness application that provides AI guidance, meal tracking, follow-up reminders, and health progress monitoring. Pawtify is designed to support everyday pet care—it is not a veterinarian replacement and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Wellness Disclaimer
AI wellness guidance provided by Pawtify is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian with any questions regarding your pet's health. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or receive through Pawtify.
License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pawtify for personal, non-commercial pet wellness purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Interfere with the app's security or functionality
- Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Misrepresent AI guidance as professional veterinary advice
Subscriptions and Payments
Pawtify offers a free tier with core features and limited scans, and a Premium subscription with unlimited scans. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
User Content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it solely to provide app features, including AI wellness analysis. You represent that you have the right to upload such content.
Intellectual Property
Pawtify, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawtify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI wellness guidance. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Pawtify at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where our company is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
